HITTER'S DELIGHT!!!
We hit the ball REALLY hard!! Burton had a 3 run blast in the 2nd and Torey Luvullo had a 2 RBI triple and a 2 RBI double as we blasted Louisville 12-6.
Hitting, Lovullo and Burton Style!
The Red Barons jumped all over Steve Falteisek (3-7) in the 1st inning. Torey
Lovullo had a 2 RBI TRIPLE!! In the 2nd, Darren Burton clubbed a 2 RUN Homer over the
"Alltel" sign. Lovullo had 2 more RBI in the 4th when he hit a double. Then in the
4th, Ryan Henderson relieved Falteisek. We blew up for 5 runs in the 4th on the
strength of a pair of 2 RBI singles by Lou Lucca and Burton who finished with 4 RBI.
2 hits each. Jose went 0-4, but stole a base (13). Billy McMillon had 2 sac flies for RBI.
ERA DROP ALERTS!!!!
Billy Brewer (5-1) was incredible!! When Bennett faltered, or Falteiseked if you will, giving up 6 in 4 1/3, Brewer came on to pitch 3 2/3 scoreless innings and pick up the victory. New closer Darryl Scott shut them down in the 9th to preserve the victory and start the fireworks.
Brewer 4.56 -----> 4.25

Step Two, Instead of Shit Say Poo!
Time to rate fanovision...The first 1 1/2 innings were spent looking at "RIVERBATS"...
weak, then somebody tripped over the cord and remembered to plug it in when someone
from our team walked, and 4 baseball sprouted legs and "walked." An exciting moment
needless to say. Then they got the ump in a live action shot of a conversation!
Then Darren Burton's home run prompted the ball to FLY OFF THE WORLD!!! Great stuff!!
Then an error was committed by Louisville, great stuff, it knocked the computer guy
out cold!! When we struck a guy out, the magic glove would catch 3 strikes or
defer to Bugs Bunny's patented strike 3 guys out with 1 slow pitch...good stuff!
Ferris Bueller made a rare singing appearance in the 7th innings, and replay showed
up around the 5th or 6th, when the operators got to Chapter 6 in "Fanovision for
Dummies" entitled, "Instant Replays." Needless to say, another big moment.
However nothing topped the hilarity that ensued when Godzilla led the fans in
"If you're happy and you know it..." PRICELESS!!! The gang from Cheers made an
appearance with their "We Will Rock You" intro and to top it all off, Ferris
Bueller told all the kids to go home!! They're getting the hang of it, it'll be
great by the end of the week.
LET'S START SOMETHING THIS WEEK!! WE HAVE A DOUBLEHEADER ON FRIDAY NIGHT! WE NEED TO GET FESH THE START IN THE 2ND GAME!!! A FESH START ON FRIDAY!

Well, its good to be back writing the two cents again, and what better way to
christen the new Fanovision board at LCS than with a slugfest over the
Louisville Riverbats 12-6!!!!! Here are some of my insightful ramblings
about the evening:
The offense exploded tonight for 12 runs in 5 innings!!! Lou Lucca (my
biological father), Torey Lovullo (Sal), and Darren Burton (Mr. Baseball)
all had key hits, capped by Burton's home run in the second inning!!!!! SWB
SLUGGERS!!!!!!!!
A quick note to the operators of the new Fanovision board: You did a good
job for the first night, lets just try to work everything together at the
same time. Show some more movie clips! Keep up the good work guys!
Scott Krause became our second major heckling victim tonight, since he ended
up in right field. Hopefully we can get to him as much as we got to the son
of the devil himself, D.T. Cromer.
BRING BACK CLEMENTE (Bobby) ALVAREZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Trojan Boner of the Game Award goes to... hmm... its hard to find someone
that really screwed up tonight!!! Ah, what the hell, let's give it to Carver
for almost running us over today on the way in to the stadium. Oh, and also
to Marc Bombard for not pulling Bennett a bit earlier, and for not pitching
Fesh.
Speaking of Bennett, he was one of three Red Barons that the fan club
conversed with following the game tonight. Fesh was naturally there to speak
with his club, but also present was Matt Guiliano! He wants us to bring the
sign tomorrow! Maybe you'll play tomorrow too Matt (we hope!)
The 5 best Fanovision moments so far:
5 - The strike out glove....... sign that glove up!
4 - The error guy..... hahahahaha he fell down!
3 - When they finally got the replay to work!
